Olio is a Mediterranean inspired restaurant co-owned by Chef Thomas Ricci (formerly of Lapis, Aqua, and Michael Mina Restaurants) and his partner Merle Haughey. A 65-seat neighborhood charmer and located in the historic downtown Campbell area, Olio has opened to fantastic reviews. Ricci entices customers with flavors from Morocco, Spain, Italy, Greece, Tunisia, and more. Dinner is highlighted with plates like Seafood Paella, Tunisian Marinated Ahi Tuna, Moroccan Spiced Crab cakes, and a refreshing Grilled Pita Bread Salad.
