Aquarius, located at Santa Cruz Dream Inn, is a casual but sophisticated, modern American bistro specializing in sustainable seafood, local organic produce designed by Executive Chef Philippe Breneman. Our hand crafted wine list consists of predominantly local wines from surrounding Santa Cruz Mountains, Monterey and San Luis Obispo Counties.
Our window box on the sea setting allows you to experience views of the sea, sand and boardwalk, as well as the clouds, sun and stars. Theres no other place quite like it in Santa Cruz.

Aquarius is the first restaurant in the city of Santa Cruz to participate in Monterey Bays nationally-recognized Seafood Watch program which is administered by the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
