CYPRUS Bistro & Café is a chef-owned restaurant located in the historical downtown of Campbell. Our menu represents a fusion of Mediterranean cuisines with a particular focus on Eastern Mediterranean: Greece, Turkey, Lebanon & Syria with additional influences from Southern Italy, France, Spain as well as Egypt. We believe that the cuisine of Cyprus is a quintessence of it – “an amalgam of flavors” which have interlaced for centuries.
We use only highest quality organic, natural, seasonal and local - whenever available – ingredients in combination with exotic and original herbs and spices. All our dishes are prepared from scratch and fresh to order. Our mission is to re-define “casual fine dining”, create most relaxing yet refined environment with great attention to detail and fulfill the most demanding and challenging special requests you may have to ensure greatest dining experience. We are available for private parties and offer catering for special events.
